Account Executive 

 

Job Description

Handle accounting functions – Full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets Depreciation, Cash Management and Financial Reporting.

Review & verify invoices; ensuring proper transactions account code & cost allocation before payment processing.

Prepare and send invoices/CN/DN to customers in a timely manner.

Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.

Monitor customer payment status and ensure timely collections.

Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent, company secretary on related issues.

Prepare of notes to account (yearly) for audit purposes.

Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB).

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma of Accounting or Bachelor’s Degree in finance.
  • 2-3 years experiences in related field
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the Warehousing Sector related to finance and accounting reporting
  • Applicable must be able to handle full set of accounts.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Committed to work and great sense of responsibility & integrity.
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skill, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.
  • Enthusiasm and proactive

IT & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibility:

Maintain the maintenance of ICT infrastructure (networking), Computer
Hardware, Server, Security, Backup system and CCTV.
IT general software application support such as MS Office Suite, MS Windows,
basic Network Setup, Antivirus, Remote Support, LAN, WAN, Active Directory,
printers etc.

Resolve and monitor all IT system issues within minimal response time and
minimal interruption to daily work processes

Support on daily IT operation

Responsible for creating and maintaining online marketing strategies aimed at
promoting the brand, and generating interest in the products and services of
the company

Involving production and performance of multimedia content

Involve a great deal of online and digital marketing work, as employers will
typically operate a website and social media accounts

Undertakes any other tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directly by the
Management.

Requirement:

  • Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, Post Graduate
    Diploma, Professional Degree in Information
    Technology/Computer Science/Data & Telecommunication
  • 1-2 years experiences in related field
    Experienced in Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Printers, LAN, WIFI, M365
    and SharePoint
  • Have knowledge of digital marketing tactics, have strong interpersonal skills and
    demonstrate excellent writing and graphic skills
  • Able to multitask well, display creativity and keep abreast with the latest
    industry developments
  • Able to speak/writing Mandarin will be preferred
  • Good understanding on marketing concept, best practices and research
    techniques. Ability to work independently & possess initiative.
  • Ability to commute/relocate:
    Port Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
